If you're like me and have a lot of questions before even going to a Jeweler, let me just say that David Stern is very nice, patient and answered all of my questions over the telephone, which made me feel very comfortable. When you walk in, you automatically feel welcome and comfortable. I have four pieces of sentimental jewelry. Two pieces are my late mother's old-fashioned beautiful jewelry, my engagement ring I received from my husband 17 years ago. and a diamond pendent from my late mother-in-law. I needed to get a new appraisal done for insurance purposes. I called numerous jewelry stores to find the right jeweler that was both GIA Certified and reasonably priced. I called at least 12 or more jewelers from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach, FL. David Stern was the most reasonable, professional and personable. We set an appointment to have it done and he took his time to look at my jewelry, write the appraisal and take beautiful pictures of each piece of jewelry. His certified appraisal was professionally written. While I was in his store, I looked at a few pieces of jewelry and I was surprised to see the beautiful and good quality in design in the jewelry that he sells.. David is also very informative and he made some good recommendations to me about insurance companies that I was unaware of. I have a few pieces of jewelry that I want to have fixed and upgraded and I will be bringing my jewelry to only David Stern because of the time and quality he puts into his design and craftsmanship.
