It is always difficult making decisions about sentimental pieces of jewelry, but David Stern made many excellent suggestions that made me feel better about changing out some stones and saving the settings so I wouldn't lose the sentimental value of the pieces. He took the time to explain how diamonds are evaluated and made me feel like I was his only customer. I felt very comfortable recommending him to my friends and family.

I brought in my engagement ring for a “second opinion” because when someone at the International Diamond Exchange resized my ring, it came back with unremovable residue under the diamonds in the setting, and denied that it was a problem. David and Colleen told me they would put it in an acid bath, and they kindly removed my center stone to avoid damaging anything. They placed the stone safely in a little pack for me to take home, which was so wonderful because it is a family stone. I hope to be picking it up soon. David said it would look as good as new! Because they were so kind, I went ahead and asked them about a design for my fiancé’s wedding ring. David gave me a great estimate and set up a plan for me that I can afford (I’m about to graduate college) and told me he would make it exactly to my specifications. I am so excited! Thanks to Rob, Colleen, and David. Such amazing service, and for a walk-in no less!

I brought my wife's engagement ring to David Stern for an appraisal. The customer service was excellent.I made an appointment online and was immediately greeted by David. David Stern himself actually took the time to appraise my ring. The appraisal was very professional and quick. I immediately received an extremely professional email appraisal form to send to my insurance company and then about one week later received the formal paperwork in the mail. The final formal appraisal was printed on thick photograph paper and is very nice. I highly recommend David Stern if you are looking for any type of jewelry appraisal. He is very knowledgable, friendly and courteous. Thanks again, David!

This place is a gem. I had a wonderful experience with David Stern Jewelers in Boca. I was highly recommend to Him for a repair that no one wanted to attempt. David took the task to heart and helped me. I'm 100% satisfied and will return to create a special piece with my grandparents wedding bands. Highly recommend. I had an old mine cut diamond that was a family heirloom remade into an engagement ring, and I took it to a jeweler who completely messed it up and set the diamond wrong and it fell out. They had also resized the band incorrectly. David is an expert. We went to him and he reset the diamond beautifully, fixed the band, and it’s amazing. Also, because the diamond is so old and so unique we couldn’t find a wedding band that went with it correctly. David had a wedding band for us custom made, that looks AMAZING. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable price, with great expertise and craftsmanship. Go to David!!

David Stern is truly an excellent and creative jeweler. He can design and create anything you want. He's very personable and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable if your knowledge of diamonds, emeralds or whatever stone you're looking for isn't great. What I respect about him the most is that he would rather sell you a smaller higher quality diamond than a larger less quality one. He prides himself on giving you what he feels is the best. He's been spot on and I will always go to him for anything I need regarding any type of jewelry.
