I visited David Stern’s Jewelry last week for the first time. I chose this shop because they were very close to home, and other online reviews were good. The service and level of professionalism was exceptional. He took his time and was very thorough and gave me a spot-on appraisal. Plus, the fee for the appraisals was fair and I will definitely go back to David.

David was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I went in because the diamond on my ring was loose and I was scared to continue wearing it but he had it fixed right on the spot. He also has some beautiful and unique jewelry pieces! Definitely recommend him

Mr. Stern was very knowledgeable, kind, honest, and informative. He’ll let you look at your jewelry with his tools to get the full picture of his appraisal. He explains the process of selling jewelry and is very thorough. Although I did not sell my piece of jewelry as it was, he offered to transform it into another piece of jewelry which was a lovely idea. I definitely will return.

From the moment I walked into David Stern Jewelers, I was very comfortable and welcomed. Right now, due to Covid19 it can be difficult to find a jewelry repair shop that is open. I called a few places and was turned off because of the rudeness of whomever answered the phone. Not the case when I called David. Very polite! I have a 22k solid rope chain that is very important to me and noticed one of the links were broken off and needed immediate repair. I took it to David Stern Jewelers and was told that I could continue to wear my necklace, but at anytime it could break (22k is obviously soft) and my options were to solder it, or wear it until it breaks. I decided to have it soldered and I'm glad I did. They did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price! It is always difficult making decisions about sentimental pieces of jewelry, but David Stern made many excellent suggestions that made me feel better about changing out some stones and saving the settings so I wouldn't lose the sentimental value of the pieces. He took the time to explain how diamonds are evaluated and made me feel like I was his only customer. I felt very comfortable recommending him to my friends and family.

David was a very nice man who was easy to converse with. I brought my engagement ring in for an appraisal and it took less than 15 minutes. The appraisal value was very fair and I appreciated his honesty. 10/10 definitely recommend going to him.

They scheduled an appointment with David Stern Jewelers for us to learn about and try on rings. What an experience! David is extremely knowledgeable. He asked probing questions about my interests and presented us with rings that both aligned and challenged my initial desires. At the end of the visit, we had absorbed so much information, taken pictures of exciting ring styles, and never felt pressure to purchase. David is an artistic genius when it comes to one of a kind pieces and a fair and honest businessman. I have been a customer of David's for 4 years and each time I have shopped he has treated us with courtesy and professionalism.

I had to get a ring removed before surgery, and then repaired. When I collected the ring, I took the opportunity to sell some unused pieces and get an appraisal of my remaining jewelry. David was very knowledgeable. He gave me a good price for the jewelry I sold and a fair value for the insurance appraisal. I will return if I have any future jewelry needs.

He is very knowledgeable about diamonds, explaining the differences between lab grown and mined diamonds. David provided a fair price to buy a diamond as well.
