I give David Stern jewelers a five star review. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with my mother‘s probate estate jewelry appraisal. He was very meticulous and took his time to explain the whole process to me and I would highly recommend him 10 out of 10 every time.

This is the place to go. David is is a professional, and kind gentleman. I felt like I was sitting with my long time family member, seriously . I went there twice to get appraisals and excepted m the offer hours examining each peace there was alot of items. Having done my homework verifying it was gold and wieght i knew what i had .So, in the end, I was offered a very fair price. I excepted and given a realitvely large check. Highly recommend. I had an old mine cut diamond that was a family heirloom remade into an engagement ring, and I took it to a jeweler who completely messed it up and set the diamond wrong and it fell out. They had also resized the band incorrectly. David is an expert. We went to him and he reset the diamond beautifully, fixed the band, and it’s amazing. Also, because the diamond is so old and so unique we couldn’t find a wedding band that went with it correctly. David had a wedding band for us custom made, that looks AMAZING. Everything was done in a reasonable amount of time, for a reasonable price, with great expertise and craftsmanship. Go to David!!

From the second i walked in, to the moment I left everyone was so gracious. The manager was very attentive to me. Sitting down to educate me and give me a great price on my items.. I left with a feeling that this is a place I want to return to.

David did an estate appraisal for me, he was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable and patient. He spent a lot of time with us, and got the appraisals to us very quickly.

I brought my wife's engagement ring to David Stern for an appraisal. The customer service was excellent.I made an appointment online and was immediately greeted by David. David Stern himself actually took the time to appraise my ring. The appraisal was very professional and quick. I immediately received an extremely professional email appraisal form to send to my insurance company and then about one week later received the formal paperwork in the mail. The final formal appraisal was printed on thick photograph paper and is very nice. I highly recommend David Stern if you are looking for any type of jewelry appraisal. I had been trying to sell my old engagement ring but didn't want it to go to just anybody. I looked up Jewelers near me and David's name came up. Good reviews are important, but what sold me was actually the phone call. I called this place and David answered and welcomed me in without making it sound like he was trying to "sell me". He didn't ask for anything of me and offered to look my ring. I had lost the information on the cut and color, etc. I knew the minute I walked in I would feel safe selling my ring here. Great customer service, great guy, genuine. David is real- not some guy trying to take your money! I was relaxed and finally able to close this chapter in my life! Thanks David!!

David Stern appraised two pieces of diamond jewelry for me several weeks ago. I was very pleased with his thorough examination and process. He is excellent at what he does, and very much a perfectionist!

I brought in my engagement ring for a “second opinion” because when someone at the International Diamond Exchange resized my ring, it came back with unremovable residue under the diamonds in the setting, and denied that it was a problem. David and Colleen told me they would put it in an acid bath, and they kindly removed my center stone to avoid damaging anything. They placed the stone safely in a little pack for me to take home, which was so wonderful because it is a family stone. I hope to be picking it up soon. David said it would look as good as new! Because they were so kind, I went ahead and asked them about a design for my fiancé’s wedding ring. David gave me a great estimate and set up a plan for me that I can afford (I’m about to graduate college) and told me he would make it exactly to my specifications. I am so excited! Thanks to Rob, Colleen, and David. Such amazing service, and for a walk-in no less!

David is very professional. He explained the process for a jewelry appraisal and provided a detailed, quality report.
